Creator Commercial Schedule
Effective date: 24 October 2026 Last updated: 24 October 2026
1. Application and acceptance
This schedule forms part of the Creator and Publishing Terms. The version accepted by the Publisher must be recorded before paid publication. A negotiated Company Plan Order or authorised channel schedule can replace an identified commercial item (including a different sale share, fee allocation, payout or subscription charge) only where the replacement is explicit, accepted by the legal Publisher and bound to the relevant account/Tour and transaction. A Company Plan Order does not automatically change rates on a team member's separate personal Tours. Redemption of a claim code or an internal plan override is not, on its own, proof of commercial acceptance. Unspecified charges cannot be introduced retrospectively.
2. Standard direct-web sales
| Item | Standard position |
|---|---|
| Creator share | The share disclosed and accepted in the applicable commercial configuration or Company Plan Order, before permitted separately disclosed deductions |
| Guides commission | The commission disclosed and accepted in the applicable commercial configuration or Company Plan Order |
| Calculation base | Original sale amount excluding transaction taxes, less the tax-exclusive part of any refund or reversal; payment processing fees are not subtracted from this base first |
| Payment processing allocation | Actual externally charged processing fees allocated to the Publisher under the fee matrix accepted before publication, without an undisclosed markup |
| Additional minimum commission | None under this draft; no minimum charge applies unless separately disclosed and accepted |
| Listing and plan charges | Only those shown in the Publisher's separately accepted plan/order; no implied annual subscription |
| Payout settlement currency and schedule | The settlement currency and available payout schedule are shown for the connected payout account. Availability depends on supported country/currency, account verification, settlement and provider rules; do not assume immediate bank arrival. |
| Minimum payout threshold | Any provider/account-specific payout minimum is disclosed in the connected-account payout settings. Guides does not promise that every balance can be paid out immediately. |
| Payment fee matrix | The Publisher bears the actual payment-processing cost recorded for the sale, without an undisclosed markup. Guides bears Connect, payout, invoice and dispute fees under the standard web allocation. Currency conversion and any additional channel-specific deductions must be disclosed in the applicable accepted schedule. Refunds and returned fees are reconciled without double deduction. |
| VAT/tax treatment of Guides' own fees | JITI LTD is not currently VAT registered. Any future legally applicable tax treatment or registration change will be disclosed; this does not determine the separate tax treatment of a Tour sale or relieve a seller of its obligations. |
Rates may change prospectively under the notice and exit safeguards in the Creator and Publishing Terms. Changes do not rewrite completed transactions or supersede an expressly agreed rate without a valid amendment.
3. Calculation and statements
For an ordinary sale, calculate:
Original Tax-Exclusive Sale = customer payment - transaction tax included in that payment
Eligible Sale Amount = Original Tax-Exclusive Sale - tax-exclusive refunds/reversals attributable to that sale
Creator earnings before adjustments = (100% - agreed commission rate) x Eligible Sale Amount - permitted Publisher-allocated transaction fees
Guides commission = agreed commission rate x Eligible Sale Amount
Reconcile tax reversals separately. A gross refund includes any refunded tax; do not subtract that tax again from the Creator calculation. Do not deduct the same tax, fee, refund or chargeback twice. A negative ledger adjustment arising from a reversal must be recorded against the original transaction rather than hidden in an unrelated commission rate. Processing fees are booked once and adjusted only to reflect an actual permitted fee refund or additional charge, not re-deducted each time the sale is recalculated. The applicable agreed rate, rather than an illustrative rate, is used where a different schedule was accepted.
Illustration only: if a customer pays GBP 12.00, GBP 2.00 is transaction VAT that must be accounted for, and the accepted fee allocation charges the Publisher a GBP 0.50 processing fee, the Eligible Sale Amount is GBP 10.00, Creator earnings are GBP 7.00 and Guides commission is GBP 2.50. If half that gross purchase is refunded, the refund includes GBP 1.00 of tax and GBP 5.00 of tax-exclusive value: the remaining Eligible Sale Amount is GBP 5.00, not GBP 4.00. Reconcile the already-booked fee rather than charge it a second time. These figures are not a statement that 20% VAT or a GBP 0.50 fee applies to every sale. VAT on Guides' own services, if applicable and chargeable separately under the accepted fee matrix, must also be separately stated.
Statements must identify the order, customer-payment and settlement currencies, tax, creator rate, processing charges, channel fees, exchange rate/charge where relevant, refund, reversal and net payout. Personal customer data is limited to what is necessary and lawful.
4. Refunds, chargebacks and negative balances
For a refunded sale, the related Creator earnings and Guides commission are reversed proportionately; the same money must not be retained by Guides as commission and also recovered from the Creator. A legally required customer refund is not reduced by non-refundable processing fees.
A non-refundable processor or dispute fee can be allocated to the Publisher only under an accepted fee rule, with an itemised record, and consistently with responsibility for the event. Guides bears fees caused by its own processing error, its breach, or an unagreed discretionary concession. Fraud and chargeback responsibility must follow the agreed channel risk allocation, not an undisclosed presumption.
A valid negative balance may be offset against future sums due under this agreement after an itemised notice and a reasonable opportunity to raise an error. An automatic debit from a bank account requires the separate mandate or lawful processor authorisation. No punitive balance may be created for requesting withdrawal or making a complaint.
5. Payouts and reserves
Payouts require completed identity, bank and tax checks and cleared funds. The accepted account schedule must show the normal frequency, settlement delay, currency and any threshold. We will notify you of a material hold where lawful, explain the reason and release undisputed amounts when the reason no longer applies.
Any reserve must reflect a documented, proportionate refund, chargeback, fraud or legal risk, specify an amount or calculation method, and be reviewed. We will not hold all earnings indefinitely to pressure a Publisher into extending a Tour commitment. Statutory or processor restrictions may require a longer hold for identified transactions; we will explain that where permitted.
6. App stores, resellers, vouchers and bundles
An app-store commission, reseller discount, affiliate commission, bundle allocation or currency conversion must not be silently deducted from the standard Creator share. Before enabling a channel, the Publisher must accept a schedule identifying the channel, seller, tax treatment, calculation base, fees, refund/chargeback allocation and payout timing.
Without an accepted alternative schedule, Guides bears any extra distribution charge it elects to incur; it may not unilaterally reduce the Publisher's agreed return. Guides can instead decline to activate an uneconomic channel.
Bulk vouchers and prepaid distribution allocations must specify a fixed quantity, sale date, redemption expiry, access duration and funding. Withdrawal stops issuing new units. Only qualifying Protected Entitlements survive under the Creator and Publishing Terms. A generic reseller relationship is not an unlimited post-withdrawal sales licence.
7. Pricing and changes
Publishers choose prices, subject to disclosed technical limits and applicable law. Promotions that reduce Creator earnings require acceptance; Guides-funded promotions must preserve the agreed calculation. Customer prices must include legally required unavoidable charges.
A material change to these commercial terms follows the Creator and Publishing Terms' notice and exit safeguards. It does not apply to already completed sales. Existing rates and channel rules must be versioned with the transaction.
8. Promotional use and costs
Ordinary use of Marketing Materials under the accepted Continuing Promotional Licence, including lawful new marketing after withdrawal, has no separate royalty and creates no new Tour sale or commission event. It does not permit a separate content product, whole-Tour republication or an undisclosed deduction from Creator earnings. Any differently paid campaign or additional licence must be separately agreed. Refunds and rights-claim recoveries remain governed by their applicable provisions, without double recovery.
9. Transparency information
The Discovery, Distribution and Data Access Notice forms the transparency annex to this schedule. Its actual ranking, additional distribution, preferential-treatment and data-access descriptions must be completed and accurate before this schedule is published or accepted. Neither that notice nor this schedule authorises additional content rights or undisclosed charges.
